Participating Percentage definition

Participating Percentage shall have the meaning ascribed to such term under Article IV hereof.
Participating Percentage means at any given time, as to each holder of a Unit or Units, the percentage of that Person’s Unit or Units to the total Units being measured and shall be determined by dividing the total number of Units held by such Person by the total number of outstanding Units and multiplying the quotient thereof by one hundred (100).
Participating Percentage means, as to each Member at any given time, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the total number of Common Units held by such Member, and the denominator of which is the total number of Common Units outstanding hereunder (all as determined on a Common Equivalent Basis).

More Definitions of Participating Percentage

Participating Percentage means with respect to a particular Member, the number of Units of membership in the Company owned by such person divided by the aggregate number of issued and outstanding Units of membership in the Company, adjusted as required by this Agreement. Distributions or allocations made in proportion to or in accordance with the participating percentages of the Members shall be based upon relative participating percentages as of the record date for distributions and in accordance with IRC section 706(c) and (d).
Participating Percentage means, with respect to each Participating Shareholder, the percentage determined by dividing (i) the number of Shares held by such Participating Shareholder on the Closing Date by (ii) the aggregate number of Shares held by all Participating Shareholders on the Closing Date.

For the avoidance of doubt, references to Capital Contributions in the prior sentence shall include Capital Contributions attributable to any Class A-1 Units redeemed in connection with the Ranger Reorganization.
