Participating Unions definition

Participating Unions means a Union which is a member of the Council of Unions.
Participating Unions means a Union which is a member of the Council of Unions. "Prevailing Practice" Prevailing Practice is the practice of that craft which submits valid evidence indicating that its members have performed more of the work in the area where the dispute exists than have members of other crafts. The area, for the purpose of determining the Prevailing Practice, shall be defined ordinarily to mean the geographical jurisdiction of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
Participating Unions means a UNION which is a member of the COUNCIL OF UNIONS.

More Definitions of Participating Unions

Participating Unions means, AMWU, COA, CEPU, APESMA, MMA and CFMEU. “Payment Flag” has the same meaning as in the Family Law Requirements.
