GEOGRAPHICAL JURISDICTION. It is understood by the Parties hereto that the respective Local Unions have been assigned by the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America the following Alberta territories:
GEOGRAPHICAL JURISDICTION. 3:01 This Agreement shall apply within the geographical area of the Province of Saskatchewan as defined by the individual Employer's Certification Order, or memorandum of understanding.
GEOGRAPHICAL JURISDICTION. 2.01 It is understood by the Parties hereto that the geographical jurisdiction of Local Union 222 shall be the territory of the Province Of Alberta.
2.02 Any employee covered by this Agreement who is to be transferred to an area outside of the jurisdiction of this Agreement shall be advised, prior to the transfer, of any change to the terms and conditions of employment that would apply in respect to that work.
GEOGRAPHICAL JURISDICTION. The terms and conditions of this Agreement apply to the production of Interactive Material in the United States, its territories and possessions, and to any Performer employed by the Employer in the United States for work to be performed anywhere else in the world. The foregoing shall include when negotiations are carried out in the United States by a Performer’s representative when the Performer is temporarily abroad.
GEOGRAPHICAL JURISDICTION. This Agreement shall affect and control all work performed by the Employees defined herein, coming under the Trade Jurisdiction of the Sheet Metal Workers International Association within the territorial jurisdiction granted to Local Union No. 280, defined herein as the Yukon Territory and the Province of British Columbia, excluding Vancouver Island.
GEOGRAPHICAL JURISDICTION. 3:01 The jurisdictional area of this agreement shall be the Province of Saskatchewan.
GEOGRAPHICAL JURISDICTION. 3.01 This Agreement shall effect and control all work performed by the Employees defined herein coming under the Trade Jurisdiction of the Roofer, Damp and Waterproofer within the territory defined herein as the Province of British Columbia and the Yukon Territory excluding Vancouver Island.
GEOGRAPHICAL JURISDICTION. The Employer(s) recognize the Union as set out above in 2.01 (a) in the province of Ontario, to the south, the northern city limits of the City of Orillia; to the southw est, including the District of Parry Sound; to the east including the District of Muskoka, and for clarity, including that part of the province of Ontario w hich lies north of the Municipality of North Bay, including the Municipality of North Bay.
GEOGRAPHICAL JURISDICTION. 3:01 The Employer hereby recognizes the Union as having Jurisdiction over all Employees referred to in this Agreement, as the sole agent for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment, for the Employees who are members and those Employees who are eligible for membership in the Union.
GEOGRAPHICAL JURISDICTION. 3:01 The terms of the Agreement shall apply within the boundaries of the Province of Saskatchewan and shall cover all industrial construction and work undertaken by the Employer within the agreed jurisdiction of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America (Millwrights) Local #1021.
