Participation Shares definition

Participation Shares means the units into which the proprietary interests of a limited banking association are divided or subdivided by means of classes, series, relative rights, or preferences.

Participation Shares means the right, as described in section 7, to receive an amount equal to the increase in Book Value on a specified number of shares of Common Stock.
