Partner Specific Conditions means the variations from the General Terms and Schedules regarding the Partner, as set out in the Special Terms.

Užsakymas reiškia Prekės užsakymą, kurį Klientas pateikė Partneriui. Užsakymo kaina reiškia kainą, kurią Vartotojas turi sumokėti už Užsakymo pirkimą ir pristatymą (jeigu taikoma). Partneris reiškia bet kurio restorano ar parduotuvės operatorių, xxxxx sudarė sutartį su „Bolt“, ir, kur aktualu, kiekvieną operatoriaus įstaigą, nurodytą Specialiųjų sąlygų Skyriuje (II), per kurią Partneris vykdo xxxx veiklą. Specialiosios Partnerio sąlygos reiškia Bendrųjų sąlygų ir Priedų dėl Partnerio pakeitimus, kaip nustatyta Specialiųjų sąlygų 5 Skyriuje. Pardavimo sutartis reiškia sutartį tarp Kliento ir Partnerio dėl Prekių pagal Užsakymą pardavimo. Paslaugos mokesčiai reiškia Partnerio pagal 6.3 Punktą mokamą mokestį. Specialiosios sąlygos reiškia specialiąsias sąlygas, pagal kurias buvo sudaryta ši Sutartis. Vartotojas reiškia bet kokį asmenį, xxxxx užregistravo vartotojo paskyrą “Bolt Food” platformoje ir naudojasi “Bolt Food” platformos paslaugomis per tą vartotojo paskyrą.
