Specialiosios Partnerio sąlygos reiškia Bendrųjų sąlygų ir Priedų dėl Partnerio pakeitimus, kaip nustatyta Specialiųjų sąlygų 5 Skyriuje. Pardavimo sutartis reiškia sutartį tarp Kliento ir Partnerio dėl Prekių pagal Užsakymą pardavimo. Paslaugos mokesčiai reiškia Partnerio pagal 6.3 Punktą mokamą mokestį. Specialiosios sąlygos reiškia specialiąsias sąlygas, pagal kurias buvo sudaryta ši Sutartis.
