Parts Covered definition

Parts Covered. All internally lubricated parts including timing chains, gears and cover, timing belt, pulleys and cover, oil pump and gears, water pump, valve covers, oil pan, manifolds, flywheel, harmonic balancer, engine mounts seals and gaskets, engine block, cylinder heads and turbocharger housing if damaged by the failure of internally lubricated parts. Transmission/Transfer Case: All internally lubricated parts, torque converter, vacuum modulator, transmission mounts, seals and gaskets. (Manual clutch assembly and component parts are not covered)
Parts Covered means parts and components that are covered under the Warranty which are specifically listed and described in Part II hereof.

  • Personal liability means personal liability for a debt, liability, or other obligation of an organization which is imposed on a person that co-owns, has an interest in, or is a member of the organization:

  • Replacement cost for houses and other structures means the prevailing cost of replacing affected structures, in an area and of the quality similar to or better than that of the affected structures. Such costs will include: (a) transporting building materials to the construction site; (b) any labor and contractors’ fees; and (c) any registration costs.

  • Aircraft Liability This policy does not cover "aircraft liability".

  • Boiler means an enclosed fossil or other fuel-fired combustion device used to produce heat and to transfer heat to recirculating water, steam, or other medium.

  • Ancillary equipment means any device including, but not limited to, such devices as piping, fittings, flanges, valves, and pumps, that is used to distribute, meter, or control the flow of hazardous waste from its point of generation to a storage or treatment tank(s), between hazardous waste storage and treatment tanks to a point of disposal onsite, or to a point of shipment for disposal off-site.

  • Claims-made coverage means an insurance contract or provision limiting

  • Defects Liability Period (Warranty Period) means the period stated in the Schedule A Special Stipulations, following the taking over, during which the Contractor is responsible for making good defects and damage in accordance with Clause 15.

  • Hovercraft Liability This policy does not cover "hovercraft liability".

  • Personal lines insurance means property and casualty insurance coverage sold for primarily noncommercial purposes to:

  • Other Contractors means any contractor (other than the entity which executed this Contract or its Subcontractors) who or which has a contract with the City for work on or adjacent to the building or Site of the Work.

  • Defects Liability Period means the warranty period following the taking over, during which the Contractor is responsible for making good, defects and damage in Goods and Services provided, under the Contract.

  • Spare Parts has the meaning assigned to such term in the Pledge and Security Agreement.

  • Boiler Fuel means natural gas used as fuel for the generation of steam and in internal combustion turbine engines for the generations of electricity.

  • Product Liability means any liability, claim or expense, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees and medical expenses, arising in whole or in part out of a breach of any express or implied product warranty by the Company, strict liability in tort, negligent manufacture of product, negligent provision of services, product recall, or any other allegation of liability arising from the design, testing, manufacture, packaging, labeling (including instructions for use), or sale of products.

  • General Assistance means a service in which the End User dialing - 0 asks the OS operator for assistance. The operator will respond in accordance with OS methods and practices that are in effect at the time the End User makes an OS call where available and technically feasible.

  • Spares means a part or a sub-assembly or assembly for substitution which is ready to replace an identical or similar part or sub-assembly or assembly including a component or an accessory;

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.
