Party Representative definition

Party Representative means and refer to the highest-ranking appointed executive official for each of the Parties, or his/or her duly authorized designee.
Party Representative means the individual(s) appointed by each Party to represent it on the Project Board;
Party Representative as used in this Section, means any person who has advised a party regarding the specific events giving rise to the case or proceeding at issue, entered an appearance in the case or proceeding, or otherwise been designated by a party as that party’s representative in the case or proceeding.

  • If the Corporate Taxpayer and the TRA Party Representative, for any reason, are unable to successfully resolve the issues raised in the Objection Notice within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt by the Corporate Taxpayer of an Objection Notice, the Corporate Taxpayer and the TRA Party Representative shall employ the reconciliation procedures as described in Section 7.9 of this Agreement (the “Reconciliation Procedures”).

  • The Expert shall be a partner or principal in a nationally recognized accounting or law firm, and unless the Corporate Taxpayer and the TRA Party Representative agree otherwise, the Expert shall not, and the firm that employs the Expert shall not, have any material relationship with the Corporate Taxpayer or the TRA Party Representative or other actual or potential conflict of interest.

  • Neither Party shall accept direction or orders from any person other than the designated Party Representative or their designee.

  • If the Corporate Taxpayer and the TRA Party Representative are unable to agree on an Expert within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt by the respondent(s) of written notice of a Reconciliation Dispute, then the Expert shall be appointed by the International Chamber of Commerce Centre for Expertise.

  • The TRA Party Representative may resign upon thirty (30) days’ written notice to the Corporate Taxpayer.


More Definitions of Party Representative

Party Representative means the Council Representative and the Recipient Representative (as the case may be) set out in the Specific Terms, or anyone else who is appointed by a party (and duly notified to the other party) to discharge those roles from time to time;
Party Representative means an individual or firm that enters an appearance before the WCA to represent or advocate on behalf of a named party. This may include attorneys licensed to practice law in the state of New Mexico, as well as claims administration or adjusting personnel.
Party Representative means any person, including an employee of a party, who appears in an arbitration on behalf of a party and makes submissions, arguments or representations to the Tribunal on behalf of such Party (other than as a witness or expert), whether or not they hold a legal qualification or are admitted to practice law in any jurisdiction.
Party Representative has the meaning given in Section 2.1 of Schedule 27 – Dispute Resolution Procedure.
Party Representative and “Parties’ Representatives” shall have the meanings set forth in Section 13.10(A).
