Examples of Party Vote in a sentence

  • Should a decision be made by a Committee outside of a meeting, the unanimous Party Vote of both Parties on such decision may be made either by a written resolution unanimously agreed to in writing by each Representative on such Committee or by authorized signatories of each Party.

  • Each Committee will make decisions as to matters within its jurisdiction by unanimous Party Vote of both Parties, which Party Vote will be reflected in the minutes of the committee meeting (except that the JPC may elect to reflect its decisions in a form other than the minutes to protect legal privilege).
