Section 4.5.2. 41 The PSE/SJ will designate a yearly Conference Committee of three (3) members and two (2) 42 alternates who will meet with the District or its designee pursuant to Section 4.5.1 above.

Section 4.5.2. Any bargaining unit member who holds a PSE State Board and/or Zone position in the 23 Association shall be permitted to utilize leave to perform state functions so long as appropriate 24 advance notice is provided to the Superintendent/designee and PSE State Association 25 reimburses the District at the employee rate for time utilized in a fiscal year.
Section 4.5.2. 47 The Association shall hold the District harmless and defend it from loss if litigation is initiated 48 contending that the partial compensation granted pursuant to Section 4.5 herein constitutes an 1 unfair labor practice of a gift of public funds; provided, however, that the District shall not be 2 the initiator or willing participant in said claim.
Section 4.5.2. Any bargaining unit member who holds a state position in the Association shall be permitted to 29 utilize leave with pay to perform state functions so long as appropriate advance notice is 30 provided to the Supervisor and Superintendent/Designee. The District will be reimbursed the 31 bargaining member’s salary by the PSE State Office for time missed by any member who holds 32 a PSE State Office position to attend state functions.
Section 4.5.2. 39 The Association information, bulletins, etc., posted by the Association are the responsibility 40 of the officials of the Association. Each bulletin shall be signed by the Association official 41 responsible for this posting. Unsigned notices or bulletins may not be posted. No materials 42 posted will violate the Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) rules and regulations.
Section 4.5.2. 18 No employee shall be disciplined without just cause.

  • Section 6.2 13 The Association representatives may represent the Association and employees in meeting with officials 14 of the District to discuss appropriate matters of mutual interest. They may receive and investigate to 15 conclusion complaints or grievances of employees on District time and thereafter advise employees of 16 rights and procedures outlined in this Agreement and applicable regulations or directives for resolving 17 the grievances or complaints. They may not, however, continue to advise the employee on courses of 18 action after the employee has indicated a desire not to pursue a grievance. This does not, however, 19 preclude the Association's right to pursue the matter to conclusion. They may consult with the District 20 on complaints without a grievance being made by an individual employee.

  • Section 4.2 1.II Dispute Resolution Procedures is amended to insert the following paragraph to Section 4.2.1.II.A.(4): The Formal Dispute Process set forth in this section II(B) does not apply to formal disputes arising out of an Authorized User Mini-Bid or Authorized User Agreement. Formal disputes between the Contractor and the Authorized User arising out of an Authorized User Mini-Bid or Authorized User Agreement are to be handled in accordance with the process specified by the Authorized User for disputes. See Section 6.12 Mini-Bid Dispute Resolution Process.
