Pay Rate Interest definition

Pay Rate Interest means for any period the amount of Basic Interest payable for such period less the amount of Deferred Interest which accrued during such period.
Pay Rate Interest means the interest on the unpaid principal balance of this Note from time to time outstanding at the Pay Rate.
Pay Rate Interest means for any period the amount calculated by applying the Pay Rate to the outstanding principal balance hereunder.

Examples of Pay Rate Interest in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, on the first business day of each month commencing on March 1, 2004 and through the Maturity Date, Maker shall pay to Payee Pay Rate Interest on the unpaid principal balance of this Note.

  • Subject to Section 2(i) hereof, Maker shall pay to Payee, in addition to Pay Rate Interest, Deferred Interest and Cash Flow Contingent Interest, at the time or times and in the manner hereinafter described, an amount equal to ninety percent (90%) of the Net Capital Proceeds resulting from, or determined at the time of, any of the Triggering Events described below (collectively, "Capital Proceeds Contingent Interest").

  • Default Rate Interest is defined in Section 3.1(b)(ix) of this Agreement.

  • Floating Rate Interest Period means, during the Floating Rate Period, the period beginning on (and including) a Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date; provided that the first Floating Rate Interest Period will begin on (and include) April 18, 2025 and will end on (but exclude) the first Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date.

  • Fixed Rate Interest Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Issue Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date, and each successive period beginning on (and including) a Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date.

  • Interest Accrual Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Interest Commencement Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Interest Period Date and each successive period beginning on (and including) an Interest Period Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Interest Period Date.

  • Floating Rate Interest Payment Date has the meaning set forth in clause (d)(1) of Section 2.02 of this Supplemental Indenture.

  • Note Interest for any Class of Notes and Payment Date means interest for the related Interest Period at the applicable Note Rate on the related Note Principal Balance as of the first day of the Interest Period (after giving effect to the distributions made on the first day of the Interest Period).

  • Floating Rate Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b) hereof.

  • Accrual Period With respect to each Payment Date, the period beginning on and including the prior Payment Date (or, in the case of the first Payment Date, the Closing Date) and ending on and including the day preceding such Payment Date.

  • Interest Accrual Amount As to any Distribution Date and any Class of Class A Certificates (other than the Class A-PO Certificates), (a) the product of (i) 1/12th of the Class A Pass-Through Rate for such Class and (ii) the Principal Balance of such Class as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date minus (b) the Class A Interest Percentage of such Class of (i) any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall allocated to the Class A Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date, (ii) the interest portion of any Excess Special Hazard Losses, Excess Fraud Losses and Excess Bankruptcy Losses allocated to the Class A Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 4.02(e) and (iii) the interest portion of any Realized Losses (other than Excess Special Hazard Losses, Excess Fraud Losses and Excess Bankruptcy Losses) allocated to the Class A Certificates on or after the Cross-Over Date pursuant to Section 4.02(e). The Class A-PO Certificates have no Interest Accrual Amount. As to any Distribution Date and any Class of Class B Certificates, an amount equal to (i) the product of 1/12th of the Class B Pass-Through Rate and the Principal Balance of such Class as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date minus (ii) the Class B Interest Percentage of such Class of (x) any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall allocated to the Class B Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date and (y) the interest portion of any Excess Special Hazard Losses, Excess Fraud Losses and Excess Bankruptcy Losses allocated to the Class B Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 4.02(e).

  • Accrued Class A Note Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Class A Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest for such Payment Date and the Class A Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Payment Date.

  • Class X-B Notional Amount With respect to the Class X-B Certificates as of any date of determination, the sum of the Component Notional Amounts of the Class X-B Components.

  • Class X-A Notional Amount With respect to the Class X-A Certificates as of any date of determination, the sum of the Component Notional Amounts of the Class X-A Components.

  • Interest Rate Period means any Daily Interest Rate Period, Weekly Interest Rate Period, Short-Term Interest Rate Period, Long- Term Interest Rate Period or ARS Interest Rate Period.

  • Quarterly Floating Rate Period means, for the initial Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the period commencing on September 20, 2018 and ending on and including December 19, 2018, and thereafter the period from and including the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Quarterly Floating Rate Period to but excluding the next succeeding Quarterly Commencement Date.

  • Accrued Class B Note Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Class B Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest for such Payment Date and the Class B Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Payment Date.

  • Class X-D Notional Amount With respect to the Class X-D Certificates as of any date of determination, the sum of the Component Notional Amounts of the Class X-D Components.

  • Unpaid Interest Amount As of any Distribution Date and any Class of Certificates, the sum of (a) the portion of the Accrued Certificate Interest Distribution Amount from Distribution Dates prior to the current Distribution Date remaining unpaid immediately prior to the current Distribution Date and (b) interest on the amount in clause (a) above at the applicable Pass-Through Rate (to the extent permitted by applicable law).

  • Class A Interest Accrual Amount As to any Distribution Date, the sum of the Interest Accrual Amounts for the Class A Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date.

  • Fixed Retained Yield Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a per annum rate equal to the greater of (a) zero and (b) the Mortgage Interest Rate on such Mortgage Loan minus the sum of (i) 6.500%, (ii) the applicable Servicing Fee Rate and (iii) the Master Servicing Fee Rate.

  • Base Interest means the interest that would otherwise accrue on the Securities under the terms thereof and the Indenture, without giving effect to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Class X Notional Amount As of any date of determination, the sum of the then Component Notional Amounts of all the Components.

  • Class X Strip Rate With respect to each Component for any Distribution Date, a rate per annum equal to: (i) the WAC Rate for such Distribution Date, minus (ii) the Pass-Through Rate for the Corresponding Certificates.

  • Class A-X Notional Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the aggregate Scheduled Principal Balance of the Non-Discount Mortgage Loans.

  • Class A Note Interest Rate means a per annum rate of [ ]% [in excess of LIBOR as determined on the LIBOR Determination Date for the applicable Interest Period].
