Payment card means a credit card, charge card, debit card, or any other card that is issued to an authorized card user and that allows the user to obtain, purchase, or receive goods, services, money, or anything else of value from a merchant.
Review Receivable has the meaning designated in Section 1.02 of the Asset Representations Review Agreement.
Collection site means the location of waste containers on collection day.
Replacement Card means a renewal or replacement Card issued to you by us;
Review Receivables means those Delinquent Receivables that have been Delinquent Receivables for 60 days or more as of the last day of the preceding Collection Period identified by the Servicer as requiring an Asset Representations Review by the Asset Representations Reviewer following receipt of an Asset Representations Review Notice according to Section 3.01.
Customer Account Information means personally identifiable information including Personal Data and Consumption Data. Customer Account Information also includes information received by the Company from the customer for purposes of participating in regulated utility programs, including, but not limited to bill pay assistance, shutoff protection, renewable energy, demand-side management, load management, or energy efficiency.
Additional Cardholder means the person you have authorised to use a prepaid card connected to your account, who you agree is authorised to undertake transactions on your behalf and who is also subject to these terms and conditions
Payment Initiation Service Provider or “PISP” means an authorised third party provider which provides a service that allows that third party to pass payment instructions to us on your behalf in relation to your Account.
Customer Deposits means deposits made by customers with respect to the purchase of goods or the performance of services.
Credit Card Processor means any servicing or processing agent or any factor or financial intermediary who facilitates, services, processes or manages the credit authorization, billing transfer and/or payment procedures with respect to any Loan Party’s sales transactions involving credit card or debit card purchases by customers using credit cards or debit cards issued by any Credit Card Issuer.
payment system means a funds transfer system with formal and standardised arrangements and common rules for the processing, clearing and/or settlement of payment transactions;
Client Account means the unique personalised account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders in the Trading Platform, the balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money.
Payment Information means any details required for the purchase of Services from this Website. This includes, but is not limited to, credit / debit card numbers, bank account numbers and sort codes;
Client Accounts means accounts of Clients (i) that are Controlled by an Access Person and (ii) in which no Access Person has a substantial proportionate economic interest; provided that, the Client pays a management, advisory or any other similar arms-length fee to the Access Person and the beneficiary of the Client Account is not an Immediate Family member of an Access Person.
Credit Card Agreement means the open-end revolving credit agreement between a Cardholder and Bank governing the Account and Cardholder’s use of the Credit Card, together with any modifications or amendments which may be made to such agreement.
Account Information Service Provider means a payment service provider pursuing business activities as referred to in point (8) of Annex I;
Smart Card means a Debit Card that has an embedded integrated circuit that can process data and protect the cardholder from fraudulent use.
payment initiation service means a service to initiate a payment order at the request of the payment service user with respect to a payment account held at another payment service provider;
Debit Card means a card issued by the Financial Institution that allows the holder of the card to deposit cash and/or Instruments or withdraw cash from the Account through an ATM, authorize Transactions on the Account through an ATM, and that operates like an Instrument to purchase goods and services from merchants.
Delinquency Collection Policies and Procedures The delinquency collection policies and procedures of the Interim Servicer, a copy of which is attached to the Interim Servicing Agreement as Exhibit 11.
account information service means an online service to provide consolidated information on one or more payment accounts held by the payment service user with either another payment service provider or with more than one payment service provider;
Credit Card Notification has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11.

Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).
Credit Card Guidelines means the respective policies and procedures of the Account Owner, as the case may be, as such policies and procedures may be amended from time to time, (a) relating to the operation of its credit card business, which generally are applicable to its portfolio of revolving credit card accounts and in each case which are consistent with prudent practice, including the policies and procedures for determining the creditworthiness of credit card customers and the extension of credit to credit card customers, and (b) relating to the maintenance of revolving credit card accounts and collection of credit card receivables.
Eligible Accounts Receivable means, at any time, the invoice value of Canadian Dollar and U.S. Dollar Accounts Receivable (net of all goods and services Taxes, harmonized sales Taxes and other sales Taxes and net of any credit balance, returns, trade discounts, unapplied cash, unbilled amount or retention or finance charges) owing to the Restricted Parties (or any of them) arising under any sales of Inventory from the operation of the business of the Restricted Parties made by the Restricted Parties to any Person in the ordinary course of business, which invoice value shall be periodically reported to the Lender in the form of Schedule “B” to be delivered (i) at the time of each Drawdown during the Covenant Holiday Period, if at the time of such Drawdown there is no principal amount outstanding under any Prime Rate Loans, Base Rate Loans, CDOR Loans, and there are no outstanding Bankers’ Acceptances or Letters of Credit (other than Letters of Credit issued under the Credit Facility that are fully secured with cash collateral provided by a Restricted Party to the Lender), and (ii) within fifteen days after the end of each calendar month during the Covenant Holiday Period, if during such month any Prime Rate Loans, Base Rate Loans, CDOR Loans, Bankers’ Acceptances or Letters of Credit (other than Letters of Credit issued under the Credit Facility that are fully secured with cash collateral provided by a Restricted Party to the Lender) are outstanding; provided that no Account Receivable shall be deemed an Eligible Account Receivable unless each of the following statements is accurate and complete (and by including such Account Receivable in any calculation of the Borrowing Base, the Borrower shall be deemed to represent and warrant to the Lender the accuracy and completeness of such statements):
