Payment of Trust Expenses. The Trustees are authorized to pay or to cause to be paid out of the principal or income of the Trust, or partly out of principal and partly out of income, and according to any allocation to a particular Series and Class made by them pursuant to Section 6.1(f) hereof, all expenses, fees, charges, taxes and liabilities incurred or arising in connection with the business and affairs of the Trust or in connection with the management thereof, including, but not limited to, the Trustees' compensation and such expenses and charges for the services of the Trust's officers, employees, Investment Adviser, Administrator, Distributor, Principal Underwriter, auditor, counsel, Custodian, Transfer Agent, Dividend Disbursing Agent, Accounting Agent, Shareholder Servicing Agent, and such other agents, consultants, and independent contractors and such other expenses and charges as the Trustees may deem necessary or proper to incur.
Payment of Trust Expenses. Countrywide shall process each request received from the Trust or its authorized agents for payment of the Trust's expenses. Upon receipt of written instructions signed by an officer or other authorized agent of the Trust, Countrywide shall prepare checks in the appropriate amounts which shall be signed by an authorized officer of Countrywide and mailed to the appropriate party.
Payment of Trust Expenses. (a) With respect to the Certificate Account the Trustee shall receive all income and other gains from investments as described in Section 7.05(c).
(b) The Seller shall pay directly on the Startup Day the reasonable fees and expenses of counsel to the Trustee.
Payment of Trust Expenses. (a) The following expenses are or may be accrued and paid by the Trust:
(1) the Sponsor’s Fee and other fees and expenses of the Sponsor set forth in Section 5.6;
(2) expenses of the Trust not assumed by the Sponsor pursuant to Section 5.1(b);
(3) taxes and other governmental charges;
(4) expenses and costs of any extraordinary services performed by the Trustee or the Sponsor on behalf of the Trust or action taken by the Trustee or the Sponsor to protect the Trust or the interests of Registered Owners; and
(5) indemnification of the Sponsor as provided in Section 7.1(d).
(b) On first day of each month that is both a Local Business Day and a New York Business Day, the Trustee shall withdraw from the Non-Interest Account amounts necessary to pay the Trust expenses provided for in Section 4.7(a) and any otherwise unpaid expenses hereunder. In the event that the expenses exceed the balance of the Non-Interest Account, such excess shall be withdrawn from the Interest Account. The Trustee will withdraw and sell sufficient Japanese Yen to purchase an amount of currency other than Japanese Yen sufficient to pay any Trust expenses payable other than in Japanese Yen and the costs of currency conversion.
(c) Notwithstanding the foregoing, if requested by the Sponsor and agreed to by the Trustee, the Trustee will advance amounts out of its own funds for the payment of Trust expenses, provided that the amount advanced at any time shall not exceed $20,000. The amount of such advances, together with interest thereon at a percentage rate equal to then-current overnight federal funds rate, shall be expenses of the Trust. The Trustee shall have a lien on the balances on hand in the Interest Account and Non-Interest Account to the extent of all amounts advanced by it pursuant to this Section 4.7(c), which lien shall be superior to the interest of the Registered Owners.
(d) The Trustee is conclusively authorized to sell Japanese Yen in the smallest amounts required to permit payment of Trust expenses, it being the intention to minimize the Trust’s holdings of assets other than Japanese Yen. Neither the Trustee nor the Sponsor shall have any liability for loss or depreciation resulting from sales of Japanese Yen so made. The Trustee shall not be liable or responsible in any way for depreciation or loss incurred by reason of any sale made in accordance with this Section 4.7(d).
Payment of Trust Expenses. (a) The Trustee shall make demand on ContiMortgage to pay the amount of the expenses of the Trust (other than payments of premiums to the Certificate Insurer) (including Trustee's fees and expenses not covered by Section 7.03(b)(i)) and ContiMortgage shall promptly pay such expenses directly to the Persons to whom such amounts are due.
(b) The Depositor shall pay directly the reasonable fees and expenses of counsel to the Trustee.
Payment of Trust Expenses. Integrated shall process each request received from the Trust or its authorized agents for payment of the Funds' expenses. Upon receipt of written instructions signed by an officer or other authorized agent of the Trust, Integrated shall prepare checks in the appropriate amounts which shall be signed by an authorized officer of Integrated and mailed to the appropriate party.
Payment of Trust Expenses. (a) The Trustee shall make demand on the Seller to pay and the Seller shall pay the amount of the expenses of the Trust referred to in Section 2.05 (including Trustee's fees and expenses not covered by Section 7.03(b)(i) and 7.03(d)(ix)), and the Seller shall promptly pay such expenses directly to the Persons to whom such amounts are due.
(b) The Seller shall pay directly on the Startup Day the reasonable fees and expenses of counsel to the Trustee.
Payment of Trust Expenses. Any costs and expenses of the Trust shall be paid by Protective Life pursuant to the Expense and Indemnity Agreement to the extent provided therein.
Payment of Trust Expenses. (a) The Trustee shall make demand on the Seller to pay and the Seller shall pay the amount of the expenses of the Trust referred to in Section 2.05 (other than payments of premiums to the Certificate Insurer) (including Trustee's fees and expenses not covered by Sections 7.03(b)(i)(A) and 7.03(b)(iii)(G) respectively), and the Seller shall promptly pay such expenses directly to the Persons to whom such amounts are due. With respect to the Certificate Account the Trustee shall receive all income and other gains from investments as described in Section 7.05(c).
(b) The Seller shall pay directly on the Startup Day the reasonable fees and expenses of counsel to the Trustee.
Payment of Trust Expenses. If and only to the extent not otherwise paid under this Agreement, the Trustee shall make demand on the Depositor to pay the Trust Expenses, and the Depositor shall promptly pay such expenses directly to the Persons to whom such amounts are due.
