Series 1998 Bonds definition

Series 1998 Bonds means the City of Manchester, New Hampshire General Airport Revenue Bonds, Series 1998A (Non-AMT), Series 1998B (AMT) and Series 1998C (Federally Taxable) issued by the City pursuant to the First Supplemental Resolution adopted as of October 1, 1998.
Series 1998 Bonds means the Series 1998A Bonds and the Series 1998B Bonds.
Series 1998 Bonds means the City of Montrose, Colorado, General Fund Excise Tax Revenue Bonds, Series 1998 issued pursuant to the Series 1998 Bond Ordinance.

  • In order to provide funds to currently refund a portion of the Series A Bonds and all of the Series C Bonds, the Issuer agrees that it will initially issue and deliver the Series 1998 Bonds to the purchasers thereof at a price to be approved in advance by the Company and apply and deposit the proceeds thereof in accordance with the terms of the Indenture.
