PE Router definition

PE Router means Provider Edge router.
PE Router means the Orange router allowing a CE Router to be connected to the Business VPN Satellite Service.
PE Router or “PE” means the Orange provider edge router located in a POP.

Examples of PE Router in a sentence

  • A Location pair’s PE-to-PE RTD is sampled at 20 millisecond intervals by sending 10 packets from one PE Router to the other PE Router, and the average PE-to-PE RTD sample will be calculated at the end of the Month.

  • However, if either PE Router is not located in one of the cities listed in Table 4, then the Location pair’s PE-to-PE Jitter Service Level is 10 milliseconds.

  • For Locations with Business VPN Lite, the Round Trip Delay between the source Location pair and the destination Location that comprise a Location pair is measured from PE Router to PE Router.

A Network Customer may elect to designate less than its total load as Network Load but may not designate only part of the load at a discrete Point of Delivery. Where an Eligible Customer has elected not to designate a particular load at discrete points of delivery as Network Load, the Eligible Customer is responsible for making separate arrangements under Tariff, Part II for any Point-To-Point Transmission Service that may be necessary for such non-designated load. Network Load shall not include Dispatched Charging Energy.

  • Core Network means the transport infrastructure identified in accordance with Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013;

  • Signaling System 7 (SS7 means a signaling protocol used by the CCS Network.

  • Generator Planned Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit for inspection, maintenance or repair with the approval of the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the PJM Manuals.

  • Backhaul means intermediate links between the core network, or backbone network, and the small subnetworks at the edge of the network (e.g., connecting cell phones/towers to the core telephone network).   • Mobile Network means the network facilities and/or network services comprising the public cellular network for the provision of Call Communications.

  • 911 system means the set of network, database and customer premise equipment (CPE) components required to provide 911 service.

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

  • Common Channel Signaling (CCS) means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

  • Access Tandem Switch is a Switch used to connect End Office Switches to interexchange Carrier Switches. Qwest's Access Tandem Switches are also used to connect and switch traffic between and among Central Office Switches within the same LATA and may be used for the exchange of local traffic.

  • Signaling System 7 (SS7) means a signaling protocol used by the CCS Network.

  • Unmanned aircraft system means an unmanned aircraft and associated elements, including communication links and components that control the unmanned aircraft that are required for the pilot in command to operate safely and efficiently in the national airspace system.

  • Generator Set means a switcher locomotive equipped with multiple engines that can turn off one or more engines to reduce emissions and save fuel depending on the load it is moving.
