The Redevelopment Plan provides for the West Haymarket Redevelopment Project in an area generally bounded on the west by the BNSF and UP railroad lines, by approximately ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ on the east, the south interior roadway of Haymarket Park and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Pedestrian Bridge on the north, and “M” Street on the south (“West Haymarket Redevelopment Area”) as shown on Exhibit A.
