Pedestrian Access. An easement for pedestrian access, ingress, and egress by the Beneficiaries on, over, and across the Public Land for the purpose of providing pedestrian access to and from the Surface Parking Parcel from and to the Public Land.
Pedestrian Access. Easements in favor of City, for the benefit of the general public, for pedestrian access, ingress, and egress on, over, across, and through the Garage, Garage entrances and exits, and Garage commons areas, elevators, stairwells and common facilities; from and to the public streets, Mixed-Use Building, or other access ways adjacent to the Garage, as more specifically set forth in the Declaration. The Declaration shall also include provisions requiring the City to:
(1) manage and operate the Garage;
(2) provide routine and capital maintenance and repair;
(3) provide insurance and utilities;
Pedestrian Access. Shall be clearly defined utilizing pavers or other similar type surface treatment, and shall be provided between each building within the development, the Shops on Xxx 0, xxx xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxx via a minimum 6’6” wide concrete sidewalk or walkway.
Pedestrian Access. All pedestrian access either from the street or other exterior areas/sections of the Multi Level Car parking complex shall be designed as to permit barrier separation from the station operating area in the event of an emergency.
Pedestrian Access. Along the Spine Road connecting Xxxxx Xxxx 000 xxx Xxx Xxxxx Xxxx as shown on the MDP, the Owner shall construct within the rights-of-way and dedicate to the public a sidewalk six and one half feet (6.5’) in width along the westerly side. Moreover, the Owner shall construct multi use path eight feet (8’) in width along the easterly side connecting to the County’s Rails to Trails facilities to the City Park. The sidewalks along the Spine Road as shown on the MDP shall be constructed concurrent with the development of adjoining Tracts to ensure that continuous walkable sidewalks are available. Sidewalks within the Tracts shall conform to the LDC, in effect at the time the Tract files a Preliminary Plat Application or Application for Site Plan. Sidewalks within the Tracts shall provide interconnectivity between the Tracts, the Spine Road, the City’s and the County’s sidewalks outside the project and the County’s Rails to Trails facilities.
Pedestrian Access. Easements in favor of City, for the benefit of the general public, for pedestrian access, ingress, and egress on, over, across, and through the Garage, Garage entrances and exits, and Garage commons areas, elevators, stairwells and common facilities; from and to the public streets, Multi- Family Building, or other access ways adjacent to the Garage, as more specifically set forth in the Declaration. The Declaration shall also include provisions requiring Developer, at its sole cost and expense, to:
(1) manage and operate the Garage (or its agent) (subject to customary City standards);
(2) provide routine and capital maintenance and repair (including that the applicable standard for maintenance by Developer (or its agent) of the Garage shall be at least as high as the standards for maintenance by City of other public areas and amenities);
(3) provide insurance and utilities;
Pedestrian Access. Easements in favor of the City (and for the benefit of the general public as determined in the City’s sole discretion) for pedestrian access, ingress, and egress on, over, across, and through the Garage, Garage entrances and exits, and Garage commons areas, elevators, stairwells and common facilities; from and to the public streets or other access ways adjacent to the Garage, as more specifically set forth in the Declaration.
Pedestrian Access. The Subject Property is completely encompassed by multi-use paths and sidewalks. The pathways along the Spine Road as shown on the Preliminary Master Plan shall be constructed concurrent with the development of adjoining properties to ensure that continuous walkable sidewalks are available. Sidewalks within the Tracts shall conform to the LDC, in effect at the time the Tract owner files a Preliminary Plat Application or Application for Site Plan. Sidewalks within the Tracts shall provide interconnectivity between the tracts, the Spine Road, the City’s and the County’s sidewalks outside the Subject Property and the County’s Rails-to-Trails facilities.
Pedestrian Access. An external sidewalk within the rights-of-way of Belle Terre Boulevard and Citation Boulevard (external sidewalks) shall be provided. The sidewalk along Citation Boulevard shall extend from Belle Terre to Llama Trail. The external sidewalks shall be a consistent with the Land Development Code. minimum of 6'.5" feet in width and 4" thick and shall be constructed of Portland Cement concrete with the technical requirements of 2,500 pounds per square inch, 7 day strength. Internal sidewalks shall connect external sidewalks to the various tracts. Internal sidewalks shall be a minimum of 5'.5" in width on both sides of local streets and shall be 5'.5" on one side and 8' on the other side of the spine roadways. Where the internal sidewalks cross a driveway or street, the thickness shall be increased to 6". Internal sidewalks shall be constructed along both sides of the internal street system, except that internal sidewalks shall not be required on cul-de-sac turnarounds. The trail/sidewalk system shall be constructed connecting each TractPlanning Area to all others and shall provide for a connection to the proposed sidewalk on Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx xx XxxxxXxxxxxxx Xxxx 0 0 and to Citation Boulevard. Pedestrian and vehicular access for residents to the Commercial TractPlanning Area 1 shall be achieved through internal connections without necessitating the exiting of the development and pedestrian access to the City Park TractPlanning Area 6 8 shall be achieved through internal connections without necessitating the exiting of the development.
Pedestrian Access. The Developer shall install safe pedestrian access within the Property consistent with the approved construction plans. The Developer shall ensure such access complies with ADA requirements, including proper ramps and sidewalks/paths.
