People Committee definition

People Committee means the Committee referred to in Clause 3.2.1(c);"Rules" means these Supervisory Board regulations, as amended from time to time;"Safety, Sustainability & Stakeholders Committee" means the Committee referred to in Clause 3.2.1(d);"Supervisory Board" means the supervisory board (raad van commissarissen) of the Company;"Supervisory Director" means a member of the Supervisory Board (commissaris);"Vice-Chairman" means the Supervisory Director with title Vice-Chairman, in accordance with Clause 2.3.1; and“Works Council” means the works council (ondernemingsraad) of the Company. People Committee means the People and Compensation Committee of the Board.
People Committee means the People Committee of the Board or such other committee consisting of two or more members of the Board as may be appointed by the Board to administer this Incentive Plan pursuant to Section 3(a) of this Article I.
