People Committee means the Committee referred to in Clause 3.2.1(c);"Rules" means these Supervisory Board regulations, as amended from time to time;"Safety, Sustainability & Stakeholders Committee" means the Committee referred to in Clause 3.2.1(d);"Supervisory Board" means the supervisory board (raad van commissarissen) of the Company;"Supervisory Director" means a member of the Supervisory Board (commissaris);"Vice-Chairman" means the Supervisory Director with title Vice-Chairman, in accordance with Clause 2.3.1; and“Works Council” means the works council (ondernemingsraad) of the Company.
