PEP definition

PEP is defined in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.
PEP means someone who currently or in the last 12 months belonged to a political entity or governmental body; this extends to the immediate family members and close associates of such a person.

PEP means the Productivity Enhancement Program.
