PEP definition

PEP is defined in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.
PEP means someone who currently or in the last 12 months belonged to a political entity or governmental body; this extends to the immediate family members and close associates of such a person.

PEP means Politically Exposed Person as defined by the RBI in Master Direction-Know Your Customer (KYC) Direction, 2016.
