PEP definition

PEP is defined in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.
PEP means someone who currently or in the last 12 months belonged to a political entity or governmental body; this extends to the immediate family members and close associates of such a person.

  • Penetrating Emulsified Prime (PEP) shall be according to AASHTO T 59, except as follows.

  • The PEP shall be tested according to the current Bureau of Materials Illinois Laboratory Test Procedure (ILTP), "Sand Penetration Test of Penetrating Emulsified Prime (PEP)".
