PER DIEM FEES definition

PER DIEM FEES means a fee paid for attendance at or participation in (i) each meeting of the Board, (ii) each meeting of a committee of the Board when such meeting is held on a day other than a day for which a fee is paid for a meeting of the Board, (iii) each day of services to the Company requested by the chairman of the Board, and (iv) services similar to those specified in (i), (ii), or (iii) above, provided to any Subsidiary.
PER DIEM FEES means a fee, established by the Board, authorized by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, in his or her sole discretion, to a Director who is asked to work on Board issues for a significant part of the day outside of normal Board or committee meetings.
PER DIEM FEES means a fee authorized to be paid by the Chairman of the Board (or a designated Director if at an applicable time the Chairman of the Board is also an employee of the Company), in his or her sole discretion, to a Director who is asked to work on Board issues for a significant part of the day outside of normal Board or standing committee service.

PER DIEM FEES means a fee authorized to be paid by the Chairman of the Board, in his or her sole discretion, to a Director who is asked to work on Board issues for a significant part of the day outside of normal Board or standing committee service.
PER DIEM FEES means (i) any meeting fee payable in respect of attendance at or participation in meetings of the Board or any committee of the Board or any meeting of the stockholders of the Company and (ii) any similar meeting fee payable in respect of service on the board of directors of any Subsidiary or any committee of any such board of directors.

  • Tuition Fees means a sum specified in the Offer Letter, payable by the Student to cover tuition, access to College facilities, enrolment procedures and orientation meetings, use of Information Technology facilities, exam sitting and a Kaplan award on successful completion of the Programme; and

  • Expense Fees As to each Mortgage Loan, the sum of the Servicing Fee and the Trustee Fee.

  • L/C Fees means, with respect to an L/C, the amount calculated by multiplying (i) the face amount of that L/C by the rate for calculation of the L/C Fee specified in Section 2.6 by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the duration of the term of that L/C and the denominator of which is the number of days in the calendar year in question.

  • Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.

  • Annual Fees means annual Trustee Fees and annual fees related to monitoring Tax Increment, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.
