Performance Test Results definition

Performance Test Results has the meaning set forth in Section 12.2.
Performance Test Results means the records of tests performed on Prototypes and the Production System components, and separately agreed in writing between the Parties as being adequate to confirm presence of features and performance of functions in substantial compliance with the Specification.

  • Seller shall bear and be responsible for the timely payment of the costs to perform each Project Performance Test and prepare the Project Performance Test Report setting forth the Project Performance Test Results of each such Project Performance Test, including all costs of the Project Performance Test Contractor.
