Period of the Event definition

Period of the Event means the period from the official opening, managers meeting or pre-event briefing immediately preceding the Centre Qualifying Competition in the National Event (whichever is the earlier) and shall end at the conclusion of the official closing, prize giving, or official functions for the National Finals at the National Event, (whichever is the latter).

  • Licensee hereby agrees to respond to any reasonable City request during the Use Period of the Event.

  • If more than two members of a team in a Team Sport are found to have committed an Anti- Doping Rule violation during the Period of the Event, IMSA shall impose an appropriate sanction on the team (e.g., loss of points, Disqualification from a Competition or Event, or other sanction) in addition to any Consequences imposed upon the individual Athlete(s) committing the Anti-Doping Rule violation.

  • Event Doping Control In order to deliver an effective anti-doping program for the Event, the [MEO] will work with WADA, the International Federations and the National Anti-Doping Organizations to ensure that there is coordination of the Doping Control during the Period of the Event.

  • The Period of the Event, or In-Competition Period, is defined as “the period commencing on the date of the opening of the Athlete village or two days prior to the opening ceremony of the Event (whichever comes first), namely, [date], up until and including the day of the closing ceremony of the [MEO], namely, [date]”.

  • Period of Service means the aggregate of all periods of service commencing with an Employee's first day of employment or reemployment with the Employer or an Affiliated Employer and ending on the first day of a Period of Severance, or for benefit accrual purposes, ending on the severance from service date. The first day of employment or reemployment is the first day the Employee performs an Hour of Service. An Employee who incurs a Period of Severance of twelve (12) months or less will also receive service-spanning credit by treating any such period as a Period of Service for purposes of eligibility and vesting (but not benefit accrual). For purposes of benefit accrual, a Participant's whole year Periods of Service is equal to the sum of all full and partial periods of service, whether or not such service is continuous or contiguous, expressed in the number of whole years represented by such sum. For this purpose, fractional periods of a year will be expressed in terms of days.

  • Period of Severance means a continuous period of time during which an Employee is not employed by the Employer. Such period begins on the date the Employee retires, quits or is discharged, or if earlier, the twelve (12) month anniversary of the date on which the Employee was otherwise first absent from service.

  • Leave Year means the year ending with the anniversary date of the employee’s appointment.

  • Project Period means the period es- tablished in the award document dur- ing which Federal sponsorship begins and ends.

  • Extended Period As defined in Section 9.04(b).

  • Promotion Period means the period the Promotion is open, as specified in clause 5.1.

  • Termination Period means the period of time beginning with a Change in Control and ending on the earlier to occur of (1) two years following such Change in Control or (2) the Executive’s death.

  • Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Determination Period means the period from and including a Determination Date in any year to but excluding the next Determination Date; and

  • Reemployment Commencement Date means the first day following a One-Year Period of Severance on which an Employee is entitled to be credited with an Hour of Service described in Paragraph (a)(1) of the definition of “Hour of Service” in this Article.

  • Event Period shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.2 hereof.

  • Period of Work means the time during which an employee is at the disposal of the employer;

  • Minimum Period of Service means a period of 12 consecutive months beginning on the Service Start Date, unless set out otherwise in any applicable Order.

  • Restriction Period means any period designated by the Committee during which (i) the Common Stock subject to a Restricted Stock Award may not be sold, transferred, assigned, pledged, hypothecated or otherwise encumbered or disposed of, except as provided in this Plan or the Agreement relating to such award, or (ii) the conditions to vesting applicable to a Restricted Stock Unit Award shall remain in effect.

  • Operation Period means the period commencing from COD and ending on the Transfer Date;

  • Grant Period means the period between Effective Date and Expiration Date of the Grant Award Agreement during which time expenditure of all grant funds and all contributions to match must be made.

  • Scheduled Commercial Operation Date shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 5.4.1;

  • Observation Period means the period from, and including, the First Trading Date to, and including, the Valuation Time on the Valuation Date.
