Permanent Channeling Injunction definition

Permanent Channeling Injunction means the injunction set forth in Article 11.3(a) of the Parent’s Plan.
Permanent Channeling Injunction means the injunction set forth in article 10.3(a) of the Plan.
Permanent Channeling Injunction means an order or orders of the Bankruptcy Court or the District Court (which may be the Confirmation Order), issued pursuant to Section 524(g) of the Bankruptcy Code, expressly identifying the ACE Companies and Travelers as Protected Parties entitled to the benefits thereof, and permanently and forever staying, restraining, and enjoining any Entity from taking any action for the purpose of, directly or indirectly, collecting, recovering, or receiving payment of, on, or with respect to any Asbestos-Related Claim or Demand (other than actions or proceedings (i) brought to enforce any right or obligation under the Plan, any Exhibits to the Plan, or any other agreement or instrument between the Debtor or New Detrick and the Asbestos Trust, which actions shall be in conformity and compliance with the provisions hereof, (ii) excluded by the Plan from the injunctions and/or releases set forth in the Plan, or (iii) against, involving or related to any Excluded Person with respect to any Excluded Transaction) , including without limitation :

Examples of Permanent Channeling Injunction in a sentence

  • In exchange for the foregoing payments, the Entrade Released Parties (as defined in the Entrade Settlement Agreement), including Entrade and its subsidiary Nationwide, are to receive an Asbestos Permanent Channeling Injunction pursuant to section 524(g) of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • All Asbestos Personal Injury Claims will be subject to the Asbestos Permanent Channeling Injunction.
