Permanent Fixture means a structure, ornament, or equipment that is anchored to the ground structurally, is plumbed for water circulation, or too heavy or massive to be easily moved.
Permanent Fixture means an item, piece of equipment, or product system that once installed is considered a permanent appendage or addition to real property because the item, piece of equipment or product system is physically attached to real property and cannot be readily or easily removed without damage to, or alteration or modification of, the real property or of the item, piece of equipment or product system, or that has been designed or modified for use upon that real property. Examples of permanent fixtures include elevators and wheelchair lifts. A wheelchair ramp installed for access to a structure may or may not be a permanent fixture, depending upon how the particular ramp is installed and/or designed for use with that structure.

Related to Permanent Fixture

  • Permanent Work means the permanent works including equipment to be supplied, executed, erected and maintained in accordance with the Contract.

  • Permanent Works means the permanent works to be executed by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • Plumbing fixture means a receptacle or device that is permanently or temporarily connected to the water distribution system of the premises and demands a supply of water from the system; or discharges used water, waste materials, or sewage directly or indirectly to the drainage system of the premises.

  • Permanent sign means a Sign constructed of weather-resistant material and intended for permanent use and that does not otherwise meet the definition of “Temporary Sign.”

  • Trade Fixtures means Lessee’s machinery and equipment that can be removed without doing material damage to the Premises. The term “Alterations” shall mean any modification of the improvements, other than Utility Installations or Trade Fixtures, whether by addition or deletion. “Lessee Owned Alterations and/or Utility Installations” are defined as Alterations and/or Utility Installations made by Lessee that are not yet owned by Lessor pursuant to Paragraph 7.4(a).
