Wheelchair Lifts. Contractor will ensure that wheelchair lifts are operational on all vehicles assigned to the Burbank Bus program. Liquidated Damages may be assessed in the event a wheelchair lifts fail while in service revenue and/or are not fixed within 24 hours.

Wheelchair Lifts. Contractor must maintain all mobility lifts in full working condition. Any inoperative lifts must be repaired within twenty-four (24) hours of failure. City will determine compliance through Contractor reports and pull-out inspections. Penalty: Five hundred dollars ($500.00) per occurrence, in the event any wheelchair lift is determined to be inoperable for more than twenty-four (24) hours.
Wheelchair Lifts. Wheelchair lift (meets all requirements of the American with Disabilities Act and the FMVSS): Xxxxx Century NCL954IB3454-2 (or approved equal), fully automatic side mounted wheelchair lift; lift platform is 34"x 54"; minimum of 2 wheelchair stations; Sur-Lok 4-point wheelchair tie-down and 3-point passenger restraint systems; six Quick straps; and backup manual over-ride system.

  • Dark Fiber 8.1 Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment and upon request by CBB, Verizon shall provide CBB with access to unbundled Dark Fiber Loops, Dark Fiber Sub-Loops and Dark Fiber IOF in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions provided in the Pricing Attachment and rates, terms and conditions of Verizon’s applicable Tariffs. Access to unbundled Dark Fiber Loops, Dark Fiber Sub-Loops and Dark Fiber IOF will be provided by Verizon only where existing facilities are available. Access to Dark Fiber Loops, Dark Fiber Sub-Loops and Dark Fiber IOF will be provided in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Dark Fiber Loops, Dark Fiber Sub-Loops and Dark Fiber IOF consist of Verizon optical transmission facilities without attached multiplexers, aggregation or other electronics. To the extent Verizon’s Dark Fiber Loops, Dark Fiber Sub-Loops and Dark Fiber IOF contain any lightwave repeaters (e.g., regenerators or optical amplifiers) installed thereon, Verizon shall not remove the same. Except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, the following terms and conditions apply to Verizon's Dark Fiber offerings.

  • Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 xxxxx per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts. An adequately sized 3 phase “wye” wound step down transformer shall be provided to supply 208/120-volt, 3 phase power, for lighting, general service receptacles and dedicated computer based office equipment. Dedicated, isolated ground circuits shall be supplied from separate isolated ground power distribution panel(s). Lighting circuits shall be supplied from separate lighting panel(s). Panels shall have 20% spare capacity and be complete with 10% spare breakers of each size, but no less than 1 spare. No more than 4 duplex receptacles shall be connected to any single 20-amp dedicated isolated ground circuit or general service circuit.
