Campus police officer means a school security officer designated by the board of education of any school district pursuant to K.S.A. 72-6146, and amendments thereto.
Police officer means every officer authorized to direct or regulate traffic, or to make arrests for violations of traffic regulations.

Chief means Chief Agri/Industrial, a division of Chief Industries, Inc.
Executive Officer means, with respect to any corporation, the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, President, Executive Vice President, any Vice President, the Secretary or the Treasurer of such corporation; and with respect to any partnership, any general partner thereof.
Agency Chief Contracting Officer or “ACCO” shall mean the position delegated authority by the Agency Head to organize and supervise the procurement activity of subordinate Agency staff in conjunction with the City Chief Procurement Officer.
medical officer means any medical practitioner who is registered under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Xxx 0000 and who falls within the coverage clause of this Agreement and who is not a medical specialist.
Intake officer means a juvenile probation officer appointed as such pursuant to the authority of this
Nodal Officer means the Dy.Chief Engineer or Superintending Engineer an officer appointed by the Chief Engineer in writing who shall direct and supervise and to perform the duties set forth in sub - Clause 3.2 hereof and be in-charge of the works.
Local officer means the treasurer, commissioner of the revenue, attorney for the Commonwealth,
Certified peace officer means a peace officer certified by the
Wildlife officer means any individual authorized by a participating state to issue a citation for a wildlife violation.
Correctional officer means a participating member who is employed as a correctional
Named Executive Officer or “NEO” means each of the following individuals:
Chief Operating Officer means the Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation.
Vigilance and Ethics Officer means an officer appointed to receive protected disclosures from whistle blowers, maintaining records thereof, placing the same before the Audit Committee for its disposal and informing the Whistle Blower the result thereof.
CCLS Chief means the manager, or successor, of Central Contracts and Legal Services or successor section or office.
Peace officer means a law enforcement official of a public agency or governmental unit, and includes persons specifically given peace officer powers by any state law, local ordinance, or judicial order of appointment.
Chief Fire Officer means the chief fire officer appointed by the municipality in terms of section 5 of the Fire Brigade Services Act and includes any person appointed as acting chief fire officer;
President means the President of the Corporation.
Police Chief means the Chief of Police or temporary acting Chief of Police of the Department.
Chief Pretrial Services Officer (i.e., CPSO) means the individual appointed by the court to supervise the work of the court’s pretrial services staff. For the purpose of the contract, the “Chief Probation Officer” acts as the contract administrator on behalf of the Director of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts.
Seattle Human Resources Director means the director of the Seattle Department of Human Resources or his or her designated management representative.
Administrative Officer means anyone designated at the college as being on the administrative staff, such as the President, Chief Academic Officer, Chief Student Services Officer, etc.
Chief Executive Officer means the single office or official of the Recipient designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or his authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.
Chief Compliance Officer means the individual appointed by the Board as BSEF’s chief compliance officer in accordance with the Operating Agreement, with the duties and responsibilities as may be prescribed by the Board from time to time as set forth in Rule 208.
