Permanent Release means Shipper’s right to have Leases and Wells affected thereby permanently released from such Shipper’s TSA if –
Permanent Release means a release where the releasing Shipper releases its capacity for the entire remaining term of its Service Agreement and Transporter and Shipper agree to terminate the releasing Shipper's Service Agreement, so that the releasing Shipper no longer has any liability to Transporter to pay for the capacity.
