Current Release means that version of the Product installed on the Equipment at the Commencement Date and any modifications to it or if a new Release is available, that new Release installed on the Equipment and any modifications to it;
Release of Claims means the Release of Claims in substantially the same form attached hereto as Exhibit A (as the same may be revised from time to time by the Company upon the advice of counsel).
Work release means a program of partial confinement
Permanent residence means a place where the person abides, lodges, or resides for 5 or more consecutive days.
Waiver and Release means the Waiver and Release attached hereto as Exhibit A.
permanent resident means any occupant of any room or rooms in a hotel or transient accommodation for at least 90 consecutive days shall be considered a permanent resident with regard to the period of such occupancy.
Release Agreement means an agreement, substantially in a form approved by the Company, pursuant to which Executive releases all current or future claims, known or unknown, arising on or before the date of the release against the Company, its subsidiaries and its officers.
Permanent Work means the permanent works including equipment to be supplied, executed, erected and maintained in accordance with the Contract.
Earned release means earned release from confinement as
Permanent status means the state or condition achieved by an employee in the classified service who has successfully completed an initial probationary period or a probationary period required following reinstatement, or whose probationary period is waived through specific statutory direction.
Permanent impairment means the loss of or loss of use of a member of the body existing after the date of maximum medical improvement and includes disfigurement resulting from an injury.
Pre-Release shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.09.
General Release has the meaning stated in Section 6.03.
Permanent Employee means an employee who has successfully completed probationary period on initial appointment.
Permanent sign means any structure, display, logo, device or representation which is designed or used to advertise or call attention to any item, business, activity or place and is visible from outside a building that is intended to be in place for a period that is longer than 30 days. Permanent total disability means incapacity because of accidental injury or occupational disease to earn any wages in any employment for which the employee may become physically suited and reasonably fitted by education, training or experience, including vocational rehabilitation; loss of both hands, or both feet, or both legs, or both eyes, or any two thereof, shall constitute permanent total disability;
Permanent Works means the permanent works to be executed by the Contractor under the Contract.
Permanent and Total Disability means any medically determinable physical or mental impairment rendering an individual unable to engage in any substantial gainful activity, which disability can be expected to result in death or which has lasted or can be expected to last for a continuous period of not less than 12 months.
Release Deadline means the deadline prescribed by Employer for the execution of the general release described in this paragraph (d)(2) of Section 7, which deadline shall in no event be later than 60 days following the date Executive’s employment terminates;
Permanent part-time employee means a person who is appointed to work hours that are less in number than a full-time employee and who is appointed as such in accordance with section 37(3)(a) of the State Service Act 2000.
Permanent Employees means all employees who are not casual employees, or employees working in a long-term supply assignment, as defined below.
Permanent Total Disablement means a bodily injury caused by accidental, external, violent and visible means, which as a direct consequence thereof totally disables and prevents the insured from attending to any business or occupation of any and every kind or if he/she has no business or occupation, from attending to his/her usual and normal duties that last for a continuous period of twelve calendar months from the date of the accident, with no hopes of improvement in future
Permanent Position Any position which has required, or which will require the services of an incumbent without interruption, for an indefinite period.
Proof of Claim and Release means the Proof of Claim and Release form for submitting a Claim, which, subject to approval of the Court, shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-2, that a Class Member must complete and submit should that Class Member seek to share in a distribution of the Net Settlement Fund.
Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.
Termination, Moving You may cancel your acceptance of the Agreement with XOOM at any time prior to midnight of the thirtieth (30th) calendar day after the date of the first bill from your utility that includes XOOM charges for gas supply service without penalty or cancellation fee by calling XOOM at 0-000-000-0000 or by sending an email to xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx. When moving to an address within your local utility’s service territory, XOOM will make every effort to transfer your service to your new service address, provided that you notify XOOM within fifteen (15) days of your move. If a transfer of service is not successful or you move to a location outside your local utility’s service territory, you may cancel this Agreement at no cost to you. Failure to notify XOOM of your move will be considered a cancellation of this Agreement in accordance with its terms.
