In addition, for any fiscal year, the amount of Capital Expenditures that would otherwise be permitted in such fiscal year pursuant to this Section 6.11 may be increased by an amount not to exceed 50% of the Permitted Capital Expenditure Amount for the immediately succeeding fiscal year (the “CapEx Pull-Forward Amount”).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Permitted Capital Expenditure Amount for any fiscal year shall be reduced at the time of and in the amount of any Investment made pursuant to clause (B) of Section 10.5(i) during such fiscal year.
