Permitted Delegation definition

Permitted Delegation means any of the following delegations by Provider of its obligations under this Agreement: (a) the use of third party providers with respect to technology (except with respect to specific technology that is contracted for hereunder) and technology development; (b); use of locations identified by Provider in accordance with Section 7.4; and (c) the delegation of any of its obligations to any Affiliate of Provider.

Examples of Permitted Delegation in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, the General Partner shall be responsible for any misconduct or negligence on the part of EEM in performing the Maximum Permitted Delegation.

  • In performing the Maximum Permitted Delegation, Management shall be responsible to the Partnerships and the General Partner to the same extent and according to the same standards as would have been applicable to the General Partner in favor of the Partnerships had the General Partner continued to exercise the delegated power and authority directly.
