Permitted End User definition

Permitted End User means your own end-user licensees, including but not limited to, your employees to whom you license and distribute a Product (or portions thereof) solely as part of Your Integrated Product in accordance with the redistribution terms specified in section 4 (Product-Specific Terms).

Examples of Permitted End User in a sentence

  • Client may not allow access to the Hosted Programs under Client’s Agreement where the primary services provided to a Permitted End User are training and/or support of the Hosted Programs.

  • Company may terminate access through the Client for any Permitted End User with respect to which Client has ceased to provide Service Bureau Services.

  • Client agrees that agreement between Client and the Permitted End Users (“End-User Agreement”) shall contain the following provisions, in substantially the form set forth in this Section 2 before a Permitted End User is authorized to access the Hosted Programs.

  • Client may allow access to the Hosted Programs to such entities to whom Client has a contract with to provide significant management and/or financial processing services (“Service Bureau Services”) over and above the Hosted Programs in either a third party billing service environment or as a managed service organization so long as every Concurrent User of a Permitted End User Entity accessing the Hosted Programs has a valid Subscription as defined above.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, Licensee shall not resell or otherwise provide services to any end user that is not a Permitted End User.

  • During the Term of this Agreement, Licensee shall not, either itself or with a third party other than Operator, engage in any commercial or for-profit activities utilizing any of the Channels that directly compete with Operator or its affiliates; provided, however, that any relationship between Licensee and any Permitted End User relating to the use by such Permitted End User of Advanced Wireless Services shall not be deemed to be in violation of the foregoing restriction.

Related to Permitted End User

  • Permitted Encumbrance means, with respect to any Mortgaged Property, such exceptions to title as are set forth in the Mortgage Policy delivered with respect thereto, all of which exceptions must be acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion.

  • Accessory use means a use which is incidental and subordinate to the principal use of the parcel of land on which it is located.

  • Permitted Users has the meaning given in Section 16.02;

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Covered Equipment means, unless otherwise specified in a Schedule, Covered Property:

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • The End-User means the authorized user of the equipment/the Medical Superintendent/Head of the Department of the concerned specialty.

  • Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Student-Generated Content means materials or content created by a student in the services including, but not limited to, essays, research reports, portfolios, creative writing, music or other audio files, photographs, videos, and account information that enables ongoing ownership of student content.
