Permitted Inventory Locations definition

Permitted Inventory Locations means each location listed on Schedule 1.1(b), and from time to time each other location within the United States which the Borrower has notified the Agent is a location at which Inventory of Obligors is maintained.

Permitted Inventory Locations means, with respect to any Loan Party, each location listed on Schedule 1.01(d) for such Loan Party and from time to time (a) with respect to any U.S. Loan Party, each other location within the United States which the Company has notified the Agent is a location at which Inventory of a U.S. Loan Party is maintained and (b) with respect to the Canadian Loan Parties, each other location within a Canadian province or territory of which the Company has notified the Agent is a location at which Inventory of a Canadian Loan Party subject to Agent’s first priority perfected Lien (other than Permitted Encumbrances) is maintained.

Permitted Inventory Locations means each location listed on Schedules 6(a), 6(b) and 6(c) of the Information Certificate delivered to the Administrative Agent prior to the Effective Date, and from time to time each other location within the United States which the Borrower has notified the Administrative Agent is a location at which Inventory of a Loan Party is maintained.

Examples of Permitted Inventory Locations in a sentence

• To the extent required by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion upon written notice to the Borrower, the Borrower shall exercise commercially reasonable best efforts to obtain Landlord Waivers with respect to all Permitted Inventory Locations that are subject to Specified Leases, including, without limitation, Landlord Waivers in connection with leases extended, renegotiated or entered into after the Closing Date.

• The Servicer shall not permit funds other than (i) Collections on Pool Receivables and other Collateral and (ii) collections on Excluded Receivables, to be deposited into any Lock-Box Account.

• Precious Metal (a) located at Borrower Permitted Inventory Locations or at Specified Refiners, (b) Delivered to the Borrower or subject to a Purchase and Consignment and, in each case, consigned by the Gold Agent (on behalf of the Gold Banks) to the Borrower pursuant to the terms of this Credit Agreement and (c) for which the Gold Banks have not received payment or which has not been Redelivered to the Gold Agent.

Permitted Inventory Locations means those Stores and warehouse facilities of Borrower located in the United States and listed on Disclosure Schedule 3.2 hereto, as such Disclosure Schedule 3.2 may be supplemented from time to time in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.6 hereof, subject to Agents' receipt of a waiver, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agents, with respect to any inventory consolidator not identified on Disclosure Schedule 3.2 on the Closing Date.

Permitted Inventory Locations set forth in such section is amended by deleting the words "Schedule 2" and substituting in place thereof the words "Schedule 8.22".
