Self-service display means the open display or storage of Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia in a manner that is physically accessible in any way to the general public without the assistance of the retailer or employee of the retailer and a direct person-to-person transfer between the purchaser and the retailer or employee of the retailer. A vending machine is a form of Self-Service Display.
Hosted Service means the provision of and access to the Vocera Care Transition Software and related services either at your site and/or via secure electronic access over the Internet provided to you by Vocera and/or its designee. Defined terms used in this XXXX, but not defined herein, are defined in the Supplemental Terms and Conditions in Attachment 3.
Customer channel termination point means the location where the customer either inputs or receives the communications.
Individualized service plan means a plan prepared by a
related service means the services incidental to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation, insurance, installation, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.

Qualified Service Provider means a Person with specific educational training or at least two years of experience in delivering the Supportive Service(s).
Service Drop means a cable that, by its design, capacity and relationship to other cables of the Company, can be reasonably considered to be for the sole purpose of connecting backbone of the Equipment to not more than one individual customer or building point of presence or property;
Termination Assistance Period means the period commencing upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement and each Statement of Work and expiring six (6) months thereafter, as such period may be extended by the Parties.
Premium Service means programming choices (such as movie Channels, pay-per-view programs, or video on demand) offered to Subscribers on a per-Channel, per-program or per- event basis.
Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) means the provider of enhanced services, as those services are defined in 47 CFR Section 64.702.
Enrollee point-of-service cost-sharing or "cost-sharing" means amounts paid to health carriers directly providing services, health care providers, or health care facilities by enrollees and may include copayments, coinsurance, or deductibles.
New Service Request means an Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request.
Level of service has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(c).
Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.
Service Switching Point (SSP) is a telephone central office switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.
Covered service means a health care service provided to a
Service Period has the meaning given to it in Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off Terms) as refined by a Contracting Body in a Call Off Agreement between that Contracting Body and the Supplier;

NEW SERVICE means a service, treatment, procedure, facility, equipment, drug, device, or supply we previously have not reviewed to determine if the service is eligible for coverage under this plan. NON-NETWORK PHARMACY is any pharmacy that has not entered into a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan.
Third Party Terminating Carrier means a Telecommunications Carrier to which traffic is terminated when CLEC originates traffic that is sent through AT&T-TSP’s network, i.e., CLEC is using AT&T-TSP’s Transit Traffic Service.
Network Termination Point (NTP) means the physical point at which a subscriber is provided with access to a public communications network; in the case of networks involving switching or routing, the NTP is identified by means of a specific network address, which may be linked to a subscriber number or name;
area control service means air traffic control service for controlled flights in control areas;
Testing service means a national testing service selected by the board.
Bona fide physician-patient relationship means a treatment or counseling relationship between a physician and patient in which all of the following are present:
