Permitted Subsequent Approvals means the building permits and other governmental approvals customarily obtained prior to construction which have not been obtained on the date that this Agreement is executed, which the City or other governmental entity has not yet determined to grant.

Examples of Permitted Subsequent Approvals in a sentence

  • No consent or approval is required to be obtained from, and no action need be taken by, or document filed with, any governmental body or corporate entity in connection with the execution, delivery, and performance by the Developer of this Agreement, other than Permitted Subsequent Approvals.

  • Development Approvals means all permits and other entitlements for use subject to approval or issuance by CITY in connection with development of the Property including, but not limited to:

  • Project Approvals means all approvals, consents, waivers, orders, agreements, authorizations, permits and licenses required under Applicable Laws or under the terms of any restriction, covenant, easement or agreement affecting all or any applicable Phase of the Project, or otherwise necessary or desirable for the ownership, acquisition, construction, development, equipping, use or operation of the Project.
