Permitted Well definition

Permitted Well means a well with production pipe 2-inches in diameter and producing more than 17.5 gallons per minute, that has satisfactorily met all of the requirements necessary to obtain Operating and Drilling Permits, which includes any artificial excavation constructed to produce, or which is not exempt pursuant to Chapter 36, Texas Water Code, as amended, and/or these rules.
Permitted Well means a non-exempt well that has been issued a permit or other authorization by the District.
Permitted Well means a well subject to the District’s permitting requirements, which is not otherwise exempted from permitting by District Rules.

More Definitions of Permitted Well

Permitted Well means a well that has received a permit from the District and has remained in substantial compliance with the Rules of the District. A permitted well is considered registered with the District.
Permitted Well means a well subject to the District’s drilling and production permit requirements, which includes any artificial excavation constructed to produce, or which is not exempt pursuant to Chapter 36, Texas Water Code, as amended, and/or these rules. (Rule 4.3)
Permitted Well means a pre-District, existing, or new Well that is drilled and equipped to produce more than 25,000 gallons of water per day or 17.5 gallons per minute and that has a record of the location of the Well on file with the District, regardless of whether or not the Well was exempt from permitting under a previous version of the District’s Rules.
Permitted Well means all wells not classified as exempt or excluded under these rules and that is required to have an Operating Permit.
Permitted Well means a well not exempt by state law (as defined in these rules - Rule 1 and Chapter 36.113) and which has been either permitted or validated by the District.
Permitted Well. – shall mean a well that: (1) is permitted with the District in accordance with Section 4 or 5 of the District Rules; (2) (a) was drilled prior to February 16, 2004 and for which a well enrollment was filed with the district prior to March 31, 2004 or (b) was drilled on or after February 16, 2004 and was permitted by the district.
Permitted Well means an existing non-exempt well which was completed via a Well Permit or was in existence prior to creation of the District or annexation by the District and whose exact location is recorded in District records.
