Well Permit definition

Well Permit means a written approval issued by the Department, pursuant to the well construction and maintenance rules, at N.J.A.C. 7:9D, to a licensed well driller which authorizes a licensed well driller of the proper class to construct a well or wells. A designated numeric reference is assigned by the Department to individual State well permits.
Well Permit means documentation issued by the Director to a Person who owns or controls a Well within the Nation’s Lands that confirms the Well was drilled and constructed according to the requirements of Article 6 of this Code or properly registered as an Existing Well according to the requirements of Article 6 of this Code.
Well Permit means a permit issued pursuant to the Oil and Gas Activities Act S.B.C. 2008, c. 36 that includes permission to drill or operate a well.

Well Permit means a written approval issued by the Department to a licensed well driller and a property owner which authorizes a licensed well driller of the proper class to construct a well or wells.
