District Rules definition

District Rules means all District and Board policies, rules, regulations, and procedures, including the Code of Conduct and any such additional rules, regulations and procedures supplemental to but consistent with this Code of Conduct, which may be enacted at the building level for application to specific schools or property.
District Rules means the Local Rules of the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York;

  • SIFT Rules means the provisions of the Income Tax Act providing for a tax on certain income earned by a “SIFT trust” or “SIFT partnership” as those terms are defined in the Income Tax Act.
