Personnel Manager definition

Personnel Manager means the head human resources official for the Borough.
Personnel Manager means a person, not in the bargaining unit, who is appointed to the position by the Employer, to perform such duties as outlined in their individual Personnel Manager contract.

  • A copy of all material to be posted will be provided to the appropriate departmental Labor Relations Officer, Personnel Manager, or designated representative prior to posting.

  • If you have any grievance, which you consider to be genuine in respect of any aspect of your employment, you have a right to a hearing by your immediate superior or the Personnel Manager as the circumstances warrant.

  • All requests for personal leave of absence of more than three (3) working days shall be made to the Personnel Manager in writing by the employee concerned and the letter shall indicate in full the reason for requesting the leave of absence.
