Petroleum Fuel definition

Petroleum Fuel means a petroleum product produced for use as fuel, usually for heating or transportation, including but not limited to gasoline, jet fuel, diesel fuel, and heating oil, excluding petroleum products produced for use as lubricants or solvents, and excluding fuels blended with solvents or wastes or over twenty percent (20%) non-petroleum in origin;
Petroleum Fuel means petroleum-based liquid products that are refined from crude oil specifically for fuel purposes. Fuel includes, but is not limited to, all grades of automotive gasoline, aviation gasoline, diesel, heating oils and kerosene.
Petroleum Fuel means automotive diesel, ordinary petrol, premium petrol or such other petroleum products as classified by reference to the tariff numbers set out in the First Schedule to the Customs and Excise Act (Cap. 472) as the Minister may from time to time by notice in the Gazette determine, and for the purpose of interpreting the said First Schedule section 2(3)(a) to (j) of the Customs and Excise Act shall, mutatis mutandis apply;

  • Oil means petroleum in any form including crude oil, fuel oil, sludge, oil refuse and refined products (other than petrochemicals which are subject to the provisions of Annex II of the present Convention) and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, includes the substances listed in Appendix I to this Annex.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Petroleum means the crude oil removed from the earth and the oils derived from tar sands, shale, and coal.

  • Spent fuel means any fuel element or fuel component, solid or liquid, which has been used or exposed to radiation in a nuclear reactor;

  • Approved Petroleum Engineer means any reputable firm of independent petroleum engineers as shall be selected by Borrower and approved by Administrative Agent, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.

  • Coal means any solid fuel classified as anthracite, bituminous, subbituminous, or lignite.

  • Fuel Gas means Gas used as fuel for the operation of the Transportation System.

  • Natural Gas Liquids means those hydrocarbon components that can be recovered from natural gas as a liquid including, but not limited to, ethane, propane, butanes, pentanes plus, and condensates;
