Petty Debts Court means the Court known as the Cour pour le Recouvrement de Menues Dettes constituted in pursuance of the Loi (1891) sur la Cour pour le recouvrement de menues dettes,17 confirmed by Order of Her Majesty in Council of 9th May 1891;
