Pharmacy Services Manual definition

Pharmacy Services Manual or “PSM” shall mean and refer to those written descriptions of SOUTHERN SCRIPTS’ expectations regarding standards of practice as they relate to the Covered Prescription Services provided by PHARMACY under this Agreement, which includes, without limitation, Claim submission guidelines, description of Covered Drugs and other Covered Prescription Services offered by the Plan Sponsors for which SOUTHERN SCRIPTS provides pharmacy benefit management services, and other policies and procedures by which SOUTHERN SCRIPTS and the Plan Sponsors require PHARMACY to adhere. The PSM is available electronically and is incorporated fully herein to this Agreement. The Plan Sponsor or SOUTHERN SCRIPTS may amend the PSM by notice or posting on SOUTHERN SCRIPTS’ website which amendment shall become effective after sixty (60) calendar days.

The PSM is available electronically and is incorporated fully herein to this Agreement. The Plan Sponsor or MAKORX may amend the PSM from time to time in its sole discretion.

Related to Pharmacy Services Manual

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Emergency medical services provider means a person who has received formal training in prehospital and emergency care, and is licensed to attend any person who is ill or injured or who has a disability.   • Pharmacist services means products, goods, and services, or any combination of products, goods, and services, provided as a part of the practice of pharmacy.

  • Emergency medical services or “EMS” means an integrated medical care delivery system to provide emergency and nonemergency medical care at the scene or during out-of-hospital patient transportation in an ambulance.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;
