Phase V Expansion means an expansion of the Peace Pipeline, which added an approximately 95 km, 20 inch pipeline from Lator to Fox Creek;
Phase V Expansion shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.A(1). “Plant F.O.B. Value” shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.A(9)(ii)
