Physical Properties definition

Physical Properties has the meaning as set forth in Schedule I (c).
Physical Properties means all physical properties of every kind or nature of or relating to the Series or any of the Episodes in whatever state of completion and all versions thereof, including, without limitation, all physical properties relating to the development, production, completion, delivery, exhibition, distribution or other exploitation of the Series, or any of the Episodes, and all versions thereof or any part thereof, including, without limitation, the Literary Property and all Preprint Materials.
Physical Properties means all physical properties of every kind or nature of or relating to the Property and all versions thereof, including, without limitation, all physical properties relating to the development, production, completion, delivery, exhibition, distribution or other exploitation of the Property, and all versions thereof or any part thereof, including, without limitation, the physical elements of the Literary Property, exposed film, developed film, positives, negatives, prints, answer prints, special effects, pre-print materials, including, without limitation, interpositives, negatives, duplicate negatives, internegatives, colour reversals, intermediates, lavender, fine grain master prints and matrices and all other forms of pre-print elements which may be necessary or useful to produce prints or other copies of additional pre-print elements, whether now known or hereafter devised, soundtracks, recording, audio and video tapes and disks of all types engages, cut-outs, trims and any and all other physical properties of any kind and nature relating to the Property in whatever state of completion, and all duplicates, drafts, versions, variations and copies of each thereof.

Physical Properties means all tangible properties of every kind or nature of or relating to the Pictures or Picture Rights, and all versions and copies thereof owned by Seller or to which Seller has a right of access or use including, without limitation, all Books and Records, scripts, the Literary Property, exposed film, developed film, positives, negatives, prints, answer prints, special effects, preprint materials (including interpositives, negatives, videotapes, duplicate negatives, internegatives, color reversals, intermediates, lavenders, fine grain master prints and matrices, video masters and all other forms of preprint elements which may be used to produce prints or other copies or additional preprint elements, whether now known or hereafter devised), foreign language dubbed and subtitled versions, sound tracks, recordings, audio and video tapes and discs of all types and gauges, cutouts, trims, all contracts, credit lists, music licenses, all promotional materials relating to any Pictures or Picture Rights, including, without limitation, transparencies, posters, press books, publicity kits, still photographs and promotional trailers and any and all other physical properties of every kind and nature relating to any Pictures in whatever state of completion, and all duplicates, drafts, versions, variations and copies of each thereof.
Physical Properties means all physical properties of every kind or nature of or relating to any film or program in the Company Film Library and all versions thereof and all teasers, trailers, music videos, featurettes, television spots, "making of" films or programs, including, without limitation, exposed film, developed film, positives, negatives, prints, answer prints, special effects, preparing materials (including interpositives, negatives, duplicate negatives, internegatives, color reversals, intermediates, lavenders, fine grain master prints and matrices, title overlays, textless backgrounds and all other forms of pre-print elements which may be necessary or useful to produce prints or other copies or additional pre-print elements, whether now known or hereafter devised), soundtracks, recordings, audio and video tapes and discs of all types and gauges, cutouts, trims and any and all other physical properties of every kind and nature relating to the Company Film Library in whatever state of completion, and all duplicates, drafts, versions and copies of each thereof.

Physical Properties means, to the extent of Borrower's interest therein, all physical properties of every kind or nature of or relating to the Series and all versions 41 133 thereof, including, without limitation, all physical properties relating to the development, production, completion, delivery, exhibition, distribution or other exploitation of the Series, and all versions thereof or any part thereof, including, without limitation, the Literary Property, exposed film, developed film, positives, negatives, prints, answer prints, special effects, pre-print materials (including interpositives, negatives, duplicate negatives, internegatives, color reversals, intermediates, lavenders, fine grain master prints and matrices and all other forms of pre-print elements which may be necessary or useful to produce prints or other copies or additional pre-print elements, whether now known or hereafter devised) soundtracks, recordings, audio and video tapes and discs of all types and gauges, cutouts, trims and any and all other physical properties of every kind and nature relating to the Series in whatever state of completion, and all duplicates, drafts, versions, variations and copies of each thereof.
