Film Library definition

Film Library means the rights of Prism in the motion pictures listed ------------ on Schedule 5.25 to the Merger Agreement.
Film Library shall have the meaning given to that term in the Security Agreement in the form of Exhibit B-1 attached hereto and dated of even date herewith, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
