P&I Advance Requirement. The Servicer shall advance P&I Advances and deposit to the respective Custodial P&I Account on or before each Remittance Date an amount equal to the aggregate of the difference between (a) the Monthly Payment that each Borrower was required to pay to the Servicer on the immediately preceding Due Date (excluding the amount of the related Servicing Fee) and (b) the amount actually received with respect to the related Monthly Payment by the Servicer (excluding the amount of the related Servicing Fee), which deposit may be made in whole or in part from any Amounts Held for Future Distribution. Any Amount Held for Future Distribution so used shall be replaced by the Servicer from its own funds by deposit in the Custodial P&I Account on or before the Business Day preceding any future Remittance Date to the extent that funds in the Custodial P&I Account on such Remittance Date shall be less than the amount required to be remitted on such date The Servicer shall designate on its records the specific Mortgage Loans and related installments (or portions thereof) as to which such P&I Advance shall be deemed to have been made, such determination and related reimbursement allocations pursuant to the following paragraphs being conclusive for purposes of Section 17.1.3.
