Piece worker definition

Piece worker or "Piece-rate employee" means any full-time, part-time or casual employee employed pursuant to subclause (4) of Clause 2.2 - Employment Categories of this Award.
Piece worker means a person whose payment is calculated by the amount of work performed, irrespective of the time utilized in its performance;
