Pipeline Licence definition

Pipeline Licence means the licence granted to the Joint Venturers under paragraph (a) of subclause (1) of Clause 16;
Pipeline Licence means a licence under Part III to construct and operate a pipeline;
Pipeline Licence means a pipeline licence within the meaning of the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1982 or a licence within the meaning of the Petroleum Pipelines Act 1969;

Examples of Pipeline Licence in a sentence

  • Pipeline Licence means the pipeline licence issued by the relevant Authority, as amended or replaced, to construct and operate the Pipeline.

  • The pipeline in respect of which the Pipeline Licence is to be granted shall be of a size and capacity capable of delivering petroleum to Olympic Dam to satisfy current and estimated future mine and town petroleum requirements.
