Pipeline Projects definition

Pipeline Projects has the meaning set forth in the definition of Gathering and Compression Assets.
Pipeline Projects means any proposed commercial transaction that was the subject of a written offer or proposal made by the Principal or a Related Company, whether or not such offer or proposal was accepted by the proposed counter-party, or ever evolved into a binding agreement or contract, and shall include, without limitation, any proposal or offer to act as purchaser (whether as to fee title, usufruct (ground lease) or ownership interest in a property-owing entity); lender of funds; investor or other co-principal; developer; lessor; lessee; or otherwise.
Pipeline Projects means the projects set out in Appendix D.

Pipeline Projects means those pipeline projects in South Texas, as generally described and disclosed to the Lenders in the Information Memorandum, to expand the Borrower’s pipeline system to transport additional volumes from the Eagle Ford shale area, including, without limitation, (a) an approximate 25-mile wet-gas extension from the CCNG Transmission System (“CCNG System”) to connect the Swift Energy Company (“Swift”) acreage; (b) further extension(s) to connect additional wet-gas into the South Texas wet-gas system; and (c) a pipeline to add additional capacity to transport wet-gas from the XxXxxxxx County area to the Borrower’s existing South Texas pipeline or processing assets.

Related to Pipeline Projects

Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Production Burdens means any royalties (including lessor’s royalties), overriding royalties, production payments, net profit interests or other similar interests that constitute a burden on, and are measured by or are payable out of, the production of Hydrocarbons or the proceeds realized from the sale or other disposition thereof (including any amounts payable to publicly traded royalty trusts), but excluding Taxes and assessments of Governmental Entities.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Redevelopment project means any work or undertaking

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.
