Pipeline Properties means all Property now or hereafter acquired related to the Pipelines and processing facilities including all buildings, structures, fuel separators, processing plants, treatment, dehydration, and fractionation facilities, storage and transportation equipment, liquid extraction plants, compressors, compressor stations, pipeline interconnections, fee lands, pumps, pumping units, field gathering systems, pipes and pipelines, tanks and tank batteries, fixtures, valves, fittings, machinery and parts, engines, boilers, meters, SCADA systems and software, apparatus, equipment, appliances, tools, implements, surface leases, rights-of-way, permits, licenses, crossing permits, easements and servitudes; all operating agreements, gathering agreements, processing agreements, contracts and other agreements which relate to any of the Pipelines or the gathering, transmission, exchange, processing, hedging and sale of Hydrocarbons through the Pipelines; all Hydrocarbons used as linefill or pad gas in the Pipelines, and all tariffs, rents, issues, profits, proceeds, revenues and other incomes from or attributable to the Pipelines and sale of Hydrocarbons; all Property, real or personal, now owned or hereinafter acquired and situated upon, used, held for use or useful in connection with the Pipelines (excluding automotive equipment or other personal property which may be on such premises for the purpose of constructing the Pipelines or for other similar temporary uses), together with all additions, substitutions, replacements, accessions and attachments to any and all of the foregoing.
Pipeline Properties means the pipelines and appurtenances, and rights-of-ways, easements, servitudes, licenses, permits and other rights and interests in the pipelines listed on Exhibit B-1 attached hereto.
Pipeline Properties means the real properties or direct or indirect equity interests therein that the Partnership acquires in connection with any transactions contemplated by or consummated in connection with the Pipeline Agreement (or any agreements or instruments executed and delivered pursuant to the terms thereof) (each, a “Pipeline Property”).

Xxxxxxxx acknowledges and agrees that it has pre-approved the addition of the Pipeline Properties to the Collection and this Agreement, and such Pipeline Properties will not be subject to compliance with the terms of Section 1.5, it being agreed that each such Pipeline Property will be deemed a Property and included in the Collection and this Agreement effective immediately following the completion of the requirements of Exhibit E and Exhibit I to permit such New Sonder Property to become Available.

More Definitions of Pipeline Properties
Pipeline Properties shall have the meaning given such term in that certain Purchase and Sale Agreement between Xxxxxxxx, X.X., Xxx-Xxx, Xxxxxxxx Production Company, Star Production, Inc., Neo Canyon Exploration, L.P., Xxxxxxxx Petroleum Corporation and Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Trust #2 as Seller and Approach Resources I, L.P. as Buyer dated June 27, 2008.
Pipeline Properties means properties that may be acquired pursuant to the Pipeline Agreement, comply with the investment guidelines of the REIT, as set out in the Declaration of Trust, do not contravene the investment policy or constating documents of CAPREIT, and have been approved by the Board (including with respect to the terms of acquisition thereof);
Pipeline Properties means those Properties identified in Attachment Four to Exhibit A.

Pipeline Properties means natural gas transmission and gathering lines and associated rights-of-way, easements, permits, licenses, surface leases, fee acreage, and all pipeline facilities, fixtures, and appurtenances thereto, and all processing plants, compressors, and associated facilities of any type relating thereto, including, without limitation, all gathering, transportation, processing, purchase and sale, and other contracts associated therewith, and all tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances and properties, real or personal, tangible or intangible appertaining, belonging, affixed or incidental thereto.
Pipeline Properties means the Immediate Pipeline Properties and any Additional Acquisition Properties.
