PKI Service definition

PKI Service means the public key infrastructure service (consisting of a certification authority, registration authority and certificate validation authority that in combination are able to issue, manage and certify digital certificates to enable the authentication and encryption of digital communications) provided to You by or on behalf of the Bank;
PKI Service means the services described in sections 2 and 3, below.
PKI Service means the IdenTrust compliant public key infrastructure service offered to you by the Bank for use in conjunction with your account(s) or other facilities or products offered with or by the Bank, including the provision of the Sign Online Smart card or Smart cards issued to you or your Certificate Holders; “Sign Online Smart card” means the smart card issued by the Bank

Examples of PKI Service in a sentence

  • The provision of PKI Service to Client is subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement including this Schedule.

  • If the arrangement, agreement or contract is terminated, then the non - performing PKI Service Provider shall refund any money (if any) paid by the terminating entity to the non - performing entity for services not provided by the non-perform ing PKI Service Provider.

  • If delay or failure by a PKI Service Provider to perform its obligations du e to Force Majeure exceeds 30 days, the PKI Entity affected by the failure to perform the obligations may terminate the arrangement, agreement or contract it has with the non-performing PKI Service Provider on providing notice to that PKI Entity in accordance with this CP.

  • If a delay or failure by a PKI Service Provider to perform its obligations is due to Force Majeure, the performance of that entity’s obligations is suspended.

  • For purposes of the foregoing provisions of this Section, each PKI Service Provider other than IdenTrust, is a third party beneficiary.

Related to PKI Service

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • eDDA Service means a service provided by HKICL as part of HKICL FPS to facilitate customers of Participants to set up direct debit authorisation.
