Plan Administration Manual means a written manual and any other policies, procedures or documents developed and maintained by the Sponsor and Recordkeeper pursuant to this Agreement which describes in detail processes and functions integral to the administration of the Plan that are to be performed by the Recordkeeper pursuant to this Agreement..
