Plan Agent definition

Plan Agent means TSX Trust Company, plan agent for the dividend reinvestment plan.

Plan Agent means Equity Financial Trust Company, its successors or assigns or such other trust company as is appointed by the REIT from time to time to act as plan agent under the Plan.
